Cruise Ship Fundraiser 2020

We hope that you, your family and friends are staying safe and healthy during this challenging time.

We want to thank you for being a supporter of Valley Restart because with your support we were able to make this a successful year.

Given the recommendations by the CDC regarding COVID-19, we will not be holding the 2020 Valley Restart “Cruise” event this year on the Golden Era Production’s clipper ship. The main reason is that your safety and well-being come first. We remain hopeful that we can plan a great fundraiser for 2021 and look forward to seeing you there!

The Valley Restart has remained open during the pandemic and we are proud to report that we have had zero cases of virus with our start or clients. This year we have housed 219 people: 38 families withy 82 children, 37 senior, 4 veterans, 44 single females and 44 single males.

¬†With the help of our area faith-based and service groups and families with a passion for cooking and serving, we served 43,539 meals,. 40,601 volunteer hours assisted us on various other fronts. Our Homeless Navigation and Outreach team met its annual goal: reaching 150 homeless persons on our valley’s streets, engaging 113 of them with services, and ensuring permanent placement for more than 50.

Please be sure to visit the Valley Restart website at to access our online content and for updates. There is also a link there enabling you to donate should you choose. Thank you for your continued support to us and our community. If you have any questions please contact one of our Board Members or myself.
